Our policy is to always strive to provide you with the best selections, the best prices and the best customer service possible.
Shipping & Handling:
UPS and USPS are our chosen shipping carriers. All UPS shipment charges include free insurance up to a $100 value. All free shipping orders will go via USPS and do not include insurance. Buyer assumes all risk when choosing their method and Annette’s is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. SHIPPING & HANDLING IS NON REFUNDABLE!
In stock items will ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order unless we are at a trade show or a holiday.
Returns for defective merchandise will be accepted if returned within 30 days of purchase. Other returns may be exchanged within 5 business days from receipt. All returns or exchanges must be in original condition accompanied with a copy of the original invoice. Shipping charges are not refundable. Annette’s offers no refunds or exchanges on special orders or sale items, a store credit will be issued and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase date. All other returns will only be for store credit. We do not give refunds of any kind just store credit or merchandise exchange.
